Pan Mee At Jalan Penchala

My colleague kicked a big fuss when they moved from their original location somewhere in old town. He claims it’s the best Pan Mee around the PJ Old Town area. Several trying weeks later. He found out that they relocated less than a kilometre away. Tucked nearly at the very end of Jalan Penchala, PJ Old Town. Lookout for the [...]

#SeptSocials as I see it so far

“I would not have had it any other way” In all seriousness, I’m really enjoying #SeptSocials. Some of my friends still think I’m crazy; I sense mom is getting abit worried that I keep going out with random strangers; Love sharing the stories with my closest and best friends. One night as I was talking to my girlfriend in Australia, [...]

Ramly Shooting at Joe’s

Went out to explore another Ramly Burger with Twitter-mates @DanevO @spinzer @Cerventus @vironia @aizatto @missy_blurkit @razlanshah @chingyen @pieartboy. This time the surprise was this burger was a corner along the alley lined with carpet and plush pillows. Eat your burger while drinking Halal “beer” and smoke Shisha at the same time! Only this was not exactly Ramly’s, they proudly called [...]

Ramly Burger Excursion: KL’s Best In Ampang

My burgers were made for the spoilt. I personally have my burgers with a thick patte of medium rare or medium piece of meat (my first choice is always beef) plastered between two-pillow like buns with blue cheese dressing/Texas style BBQ sauce/Wasabi/Olive Mustard/Ranch Dressing/Sloppy Joes sauce/Brown Sauce. Not forgetting that they must be generously garnished with fresh and plump veges [...]

One of KL’s Best Fish Ball Noodles

Fishballs must ALWAYS BE: Spring, Chewy and Bouncy. For me at least. Good fishball noodles used to be available around Jalan Doraisamy, until Asian Heritage Row came about. (I have yet the whereabouts of that stall). Thus I settle for this little corner in San Peng, KL. Hup Lik near the Dato’ Onn School in San Peng, Kuala Lumpur. Right [...]

Clinique Testing

Not too long ago The M.U.A. took me, Laineh and Thomas to get our skin tested and pamperedd with Clinique, Pavilion K.L. I was hoping to test out their new Zero Tolerance Anti Blemish Line (since I’m still breaking out especially on a stretch of sleepless nights) but the consultants insisted I get my skin profile done first. I explained [...]

April’s Birthday ’09: Day 6

By the time you read this post, you yourself would be ruminating on why this girl needs to have so many narcissistic birthday celebrations. Where as by the time this day arrived,… Lydia: What do you want to eat tonight? April: I dunno. I’ve been having so much good food, I have no idea what to eat. I had so [...]

Garden: Lifestyle Store and Cafe.

Me and the M.U.A. spent our Sunday afternoon haunting One Utama. Starved, we chanced upon the most Meteor Garden like cafe when their green shrubs called out to us. Yes. Green SHRUBS. (You should pretty much anticipate that after seeing the post) Situated somewhere next to Hang Ten in the new Wing, this place made me and the M.U.A. feel [...]
