Tried baking Orange Peel Vanilla Cointreau Vanilla cupcakes. After the first batch, Cointreau is a no-no. And I need more butter in the mix. Who would like some the next time I bake them? LOL.

In the attempt to purchase something close to “sweet shoyu”, I submitted to Unagi Sauce, Sauce for Yakitori and Teriyaki Sauce. Lets hope my Gyu niku don will finally taste right.
